This is not a very significant quote, but it reminded me of my naive younger self, eager to listen to more music — I did listen to a lot of stuff, and at some point confided to a friend that I was likely aware of — and here's the good part — 2% of the world's music. In hindsight, it is a very amusing assessment.

I had access to a small proportion of all the music ever made, which even then was more music than you could ever really hear more than once in your life. Sometime around 2010, the floodgates really opened.
