[this is a draft of a draft process; I'm not sure whether this will work, but it has long been overdue]

Tiddlywiki has a journaling mechanism, and I usually use it to scribble some notes throughout the day in a vain attempt at keeping myself organized. Most of this could be made public, which would ideally motivate me to organise it all better (ie. instead of writing and letting it be, make tiddlers out of everything so that, ideally, something grows out of it).
