This is a very elusive topic to write about. I can still find myself in many of the words above, which I find reassuring. Sleep is really important to me, but so is proper nutrition, regular exercise, socialization, sunlight, smiling. The basic stuff.

And (psycho?)therapy has helped. I wouldn't say that it helped immensely (at least, so far), because it is quite an abstract process: in it's essence, nothing more than a conversation seems to be happening. I'm glad it shone some light at blindspots in my conception of the experience of myself (words are difficult, heh?); and I'm grateful for something else I might address at some point.
