I like the idea of Derek Sivers' now page (and other related ideas and implementations). It is an invaluable tool to organize myself and to put past and current goals in perspective. It should reflect how I spend most of my time, and help in figuring out what I'd like to do next. And I have done other things in the past, too.
π where?
I just arrived in Denmark...and I think I'll be here for a while. π that piece of writing is a bit old β some new words should come soon.
π£οΈ jeg kan allerede forstΓ₯ lidt dansk! Men jeg vil stadig gerne tale grΓ¦sk...
It would be wonderful not to lose my progress with the Greek language π¬π· (which is was probably at medium-A2 level); but I'm currently delving into Danish π©π°, and it feels like the latter is overwriting the first in my brain.
Given the intentionality of these processes, a tentative language learning page is sprouting, with some thoughts and resources (Anki, Language Transfer, etc.)
π₯οΈ coding a lot of things...
I spent some time working on ankigarden, which has become a valuable prototype I use very often. But since I am curious (and getting confident and ambitious), my programming spiralled into many other adjacent projects that somehow all interweave around a common domain I find very interesting...
π on my bookshelf:
This big language-learning streak put me in touch with some interesting books (exhibit 1 & exhibit 2), some well-being (exhibit 3) and philosophy (exhibit 4)...and more, much more β they are all around me, and all over the place.
π€Έ and there's more, but...
...I have been a bit disorganised! I have picked up sketching and drawing, possibly inspired by the incessant curiosity of Richard Feynman; there's an intention to spend less time on the Internet (even though the computer is a very necessary tool!); and I seem to be, well, quite comfortable with where I am at. So that's nice!
